You can upload by yourself by following the instructions on our upload video process. We can also upload the information for you. You can email or fax your information to us. You can also give us permission to reach out to your health care providers so that we can obtain the information and upload. You may have to pay them, if there is any charge for giving that information.

Your data is very safe. It’s encrypted and saved.

Yes. All our transactions are processed through Stripe, for secure encrypted online payment gateway.

GoEmed is for anyone paying cash and looking to save money on healthcare at this time.

At this point, we do not deal with any insurance companies.

You won’t be able to reactivate your account. You will have to sign up as a new customer again. All of your uploaded files will be deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything you have added. 

To stop your account to go from trial to active:

Login to your account with your credentials.

Click on “Account”. Click on “Selected plan” and turn off the “Auto-Renewal” toggle.

If you don’t want to continue with your subscription after the free trial ends, you will have to cancel it before the end of the 30 days.

We are sorry to see you go. Please let us know if there is something we can do, to help you serve better.

If your account is active and you want to cancel the subscription:

Login to your account with your credentials.

Click on “Account”.

Click on “Settings”.

You can check if you are eligible for a refund before you delete it.

Enter your Share ID. It can also be found in the dashboard under MyProfile.

Click on Delete.

GoEmed telemedicine platform provides access to board-certified doctors who can diagnose, advise and prescribe treatment, if necessary for non-emergency routine medical conditions like allergies, cold, fever and more. We have doctors from all specialties.

GoEmed is not an insurance company. We can’t provide our own insurance plans because we are not an insurance company.

Certainly, for yourself and also your loved ones. 

We have 3 different flexible monthly and yearly membership plan options – Individual, Family of 3, and Family of 7, for you to choose from to fit your needs.

You can review the prices on our website. But to be able to enjoy those prices, you have to be a member.

You can certainly share your information with your health care providers and also your loved ones as long as they are a member with GoEmed or you have their ShareID.

We have both family and business plans. Please refer to our membership options on our website.

They can. Customer is requested to provide emergency contacts when they sign up. They can always add emergency contacts later also. They can edit that information anytime. But the customer is requested to share their “share ID “(unique ID ) with their emergency contacts. We only share the customer information with those who can provide the unique customer ID. Otherwise we can’t share that information.

Yes, we need the Physician’s order to process any order or request through GoEmed. You or your Physician’s office can fax us the request, after ordering online.

Yes, your doctor has to be a GoEmed member to place orders.

To begin, go to www.goemed.com in your web browser.

Go to the Membership page by clicking on the Membership tab on the menu to see the different membership options we offer.

Browse all the monthly/yearly plan options and choose the one that fits your need. Click on Subscribe or click on Register at the right-hand corner of the homepage.

On the Register page, enter all the required fields:

Tell Us About You: First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB, and Register As.

With Register As – You can choose from the drop-down menu to sign up either as a patient or as a healthcare provider.

When you sign up as a healthcare provider, it takes you to the “Doctor Profile” page.

Login Information: Enter an email id that you want to register with and your password. This will be your login credentials for any access to the services on the application.

Contact Information: Enter all the required fields to contact you like Country, State, City, Zip Code, Phone Number and Fax Number.

Choose your plan: Click on “Select” on the plan you decided on. You can toggle between Monthly and Yearly plan by clicking on them.

Now you will need to enter your payment information here. You can use your credit or debit card. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until your trial period of 30 days is over or you decide to Activate your account before the trial period. You can change plans, upgrade it or downgrade it at any time. If you lower your plan you will be refunded on the previous plan on a prorated basis. The details on the plan change between old and new plan is shown before you make the change.

Enter all the information needed to make the payment.

Check the checkbox on “I am not a robot” and verify just to tell humans and bots apart to protect our website from spam and abuse.

Check out our Terms of use and Privacy policy before you check the box and click on Submit.

Now, you have created your account. Thank you! You will receive a welcome mail from GoEmed. You can now login to access all the services using your registered email id and password.

If you don’t want to continue with your subscription after the free trial ends, you will have to cancel it before the end of the 30 days.

We have partnered and negotiated the prices for you on lab tests, imaging and medications. You can avail these services at a fraction of a cost and save up to 80% from regional average prices. Stop paying more!

We also help you save time and money with our telemedicine services where you can book your appointment and see a board-certified doctor from the comfort of your own home or office. The doctor can even write your prescriptions and fax it to us. We do not deal with any insurance company and our fees are so economical and often less than the insurance copays.

ACCOUNT INFO

This depends on the plan you have selected. We have three different plan options to choose from. Please select a membership plan to fit your needs and add the family members to your account profile.

We collect your billing information at the time of registration. You can always update it at any time by visiting the “Account” page on the app.

Login to your account with your registered credentials. Visit the Account page and fill in all the details to record your medical history and click on Save.

Billing and Insurance

The charges on your debit or credit card statement will appear from “GoEmed Practice Management”.

No, we do not work with any insurance company. No copays or any extra charges. Our prices are often much less than the co-pays. 

 

We are direct cash payment service. Anyone with or without insurance can use our service. 

 

Log into your GoEmed account and visit the account page to cancel. If you have any issues with the cancellation, please call us an email at support@goemed.com

We are a direct cash payment service. You will be required to pay for your testing as soon as you receive a bill from us. You can pay for your prescriptions on GoEmed secure portal.

 

"Health Record Management"

You can upload by yourself by following the instructions on our upload module. We can also upload the information for you. You can email or fax your information to us. You can also permit us to reach out to your health care providers so that we can obtain the information and upload them. You may have to pay them if there is any charge for giving that information.

Yes, you need to be a member to upload your medical records.

Under Radiology studies, you can upload any file type.

But, under Lab Results and Reports, you cannot upload “DICOM” file types.

Yes, your doctor or any other person you want to share your files with will have to be a member with GoEmed.

Affordable Labs, Imaging and Medications

Log in with your credentials.

Place your lab, imaging, or medication order.

Fax us your physician’s order.

We fax your order to a lab near you and set things ready for you and send you an email with the details of the lab location and other instructions if any.

All you must do is to go to the nearby service location emailed to you by us for testing, with your ID within 24-36 hours to get tested.

Your results will be uploaded to your account on our secure portal and your ordering physician. ​

We have made ordering lab tests, imaging, or medications hassle-free, fast, easy, and affordable.

We require the physician’s order. You or your physician’s office can fax us your Physician’s order at (309) – 517-5200.

No. Your doctor does not have to be a member of GoEmed As long as you are a GoEmed member, you can request medications, blood work, or imaging. But we require an order by a physician, for us to process your request. 

Yes. We need ordering physician’s name and office phone number. We can order for 30, 60, or even 90 day supply to your home address at significantly reduced prices.

 You or your Physician’s office can fax us the request at (309) 517 -5200, after ordering online.

You can review the prices on our website. But to be able to enjoy those prices, you have to be a member.

 

Your lab results will be uploaded to your account on our secure portal within 1 to 3 business days.

You send us the request and we make an appointment for you after confirmation on the price and center location from you. You will have to make the payment to GoEmed and not at the lab center.

You can visit the center within 72 hours after the appointment is made. If the email with test instructions sent to you requires fasting, follow the appropriate fasting time and then go to give your sample.

If you don’t have a prescription already, you can use our telemedicine platform to see a board-certified doctor on our panel for diagnosis and treatment of minor health conditions and can also write your prescription. 

All our physicians diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for common, non-emergency health issues on our telemedicine platform.

We will send you an email with the best available prices, lab locations and instructions, if any, as soon as we receive the request from you. Once you confirm the order, we will make an appointment for you.

No. We will do it for you. We will upload your records on to your secure portal. A copy of the same will be sent to your doctor’s office too for further interpretation.

No, lab tests, imaging and prescriptions orders are currently available within the United States only. We are in the process of partnering with centers outside the country.

When the doctor prescribes lab test, imaging services or medications, it is submitted by fax to the pharmacy of your choice. Your doctor can fill in the fax number for the pharmacy you wish to use.

All tests are administered based on the type of test ordered either by a blood or urine samples. They take approximately 10 minutes or less.

Fasting is required for some tests. Instructions will be sent you if the tests require any additional measures like avoiding certain food or drinks ahead of time.

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a quote to the best available prices on the test requested. The lab center location will also be provided with any additional instructions required for the test. You will confirm this and we will fax your order. Please make sure to go to the center to give your blood within 72 hours after the appointment is made. Your results will be uploaded to your account and also sent to your doctor’s office. Please note that we will need a physician’s order to process any requests. You can also make use of our telemedicine service to obtain a prescription.

Your results will be sent to your ordering physician’s office for interpretations.

To help avoid long wait and commute times, we provide a secure, simple platform to see a doctor online directly from your desktop, or cellphone. You can address your concerns and get a quick diagnose of the condition with an immediate treatment plan.

Add all the required fields to find licensed providers for the state you are looking for. 

Browse through the list of providers. Select the provider.

Book an appointment to fit in your schedule. We offer flexible slots of 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins++. You can look up “How to book an appointment with a board-certified physician”. for details.

You will get a link once the doctor confirms the appointment.

That’s it! You can click on the link and start the call with the provider at the scheduled time.

Your card will be charged only when your doctor confirms the appointment.

Click on the doctor you prefer which will take you to the “Doctor Profile” page.

In the “Doctor Profile” page, you can see all the details on the doctor credentials like “About”, “Pricing”, “Medical School”, “Residency”, “Board Certifications”, “Professional Memberships”, etc along with the phone and fax number.

The pricing is shown as hourly charged by the doctor and prorated to slots of 15, 30, 45 minutes+ sessions.

Appointments, Review buttons can be seen at the top. You can take a look at the “Reviews” given by previous patients/customers.

Click on “Appointments”. It will show the list of upcoming appointments if any. You also have buttons to “View All” and “New Appointments”.

The “View All” will take you back to search for appointments for the time range you are looking for.

Click on “New appointments” which will take you to a calendar and flexible time slots to make your appointment. You can highlight any day and choose a time slot that is free to schedule your appointment. If the doctor already has an appointment for a certain time slot it is shown in “blue” and you will not be allowed to select that time.

Enter the required fields of your purpose of the consult, message for the doctor, confirm the name, date, and time auto-populated on the schedule.

The amount will be prepopulated based on the hourly rate of the physician for the duration of the appointment taken. The duration can be seen below that line.

Select how you want to make your payment. You can choose to pay with the credit card you have already saved while registration or opt to pay with a new card by entering the details of the new card. Please check the box if you want to use this card for future transactions. Click on “Create”.

Your appointment is created.

The “Appointments” tab on the landing page will now show the details of this appointment but the status will show as “Pending Confirmation” until the provider confirms the appointment. Once confirmed by the provider, the status changes to “Confirmed” and you can see a link to connect to the call.

When you click the link, you can see the details on the time remaining for the call to start. When it is time, you can click on “join the call”, “give your name”, follow instructions and start your consult.

Yes, you do need to create an account before you can browse the list of doctors or make any appointments.

Yes. Your consult is safe, secure, private. We are fully HIPAA-compliant and give utmost importance to the confidentiality of your consult.

The doctors on our GoEmed panel are all experienced and board-certified. We follow a thorough selection process for all our doctors before they become a part of our GoEmed family. They are licensed either in single or multi-state and have credentials to practice there.

You can avail all our services without insurance with our direct cash payment option.

Click on “Transactions” on the landing page. you can see all the transaction details which include what you have been charged for each appointment.

If you made an appointment and your status is “Pending Confirmation”, you can check back under “Appointments” on the landing page which shows the details of all appointments and Status details. 

If the doctor has confirmed your status would have changed from “Pending Confirmation” to “Confirmed” and your card will be charged. You can click on it to connect to the link to talk to the doctor.

Yes, your doctor has to be a GoEmed member to book an appointment.​

The doctor you are looking for will have to be a member of GoEmed. To be on board with GoEmed panel of doctors, they will have to go through our process to validating all their credentials. 

Yes, you can get a prescription online.

All our physicians diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for common, non-emergency health issues by phone or fax. GoEmed does not guarantee any prescriptions and it is at the discretion of the doctor recommendation.

You can check on the doctor’s credentials on their “Doctor Profile page” before you make an appointment.

Yes, your doctor can order lab tests and imaging online. Your results will be sent to your doctor’s office and your account.

No. You can use GoEmed platform to treat specific issues and can be directed to your regular doctor.

Our GoEmed team of doctors will be able to write referral as part of your care.

We have made it very simple for you. Please login to your account and visit Appointments and click on the confirmed appointment that you want to cancel.

Click on “Cancel appointment” button. Please note that it is subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Or call the doctor if you prefer. 

Yes, you can take advantage of our GoEmed Telemedicine platform internationally.

Yes, you can, if your doctor is a member with GoEmed. To be on board with GoEmed panel of doctors, they will have to go through our process to validating all their credentials. 

The cost of a GoEmed consult varies, depending on the specialty. You can check the pricing on the doctor profile page before you can make the appointment.

GoEmed’s doctors are U.S. board-certified and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. You can check their credentials and review before you make your appointment. 

When the doctor prescribes lab test, imaging services or medications, it is submitted by fax to the pharmacy of your choice. Your doctor can fill in the fax number for the pharmacy you wish to use.

Yes, our doctors will provide prescriptions for treatments when necessary.
